Concrete
Concrete pigments: these colours are mixed with wet concrete for integral colouring that won’t chip or wear off, while concrete paint is put on cured concrete for a surface finish that varies in quality but may wear off eventually. In contrast, in pigments (which can be iron oxide powders or liquid colours), the colour lasts for a long time without fading out; in paint (latex or epoxy paint), the paint lasts on the surface for a fairly short time. These two differ in the manner of colouring: pigments colour a mass, while paint colours a surface.
