• • Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our domestic sales team. The role involves coordinating sales operations, managing customer communication, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth order execution. Key Responsibilities • Sales Coordination & Support  o Act as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments  o Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels  o Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities  • Order Management  o Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system  o Verify pricing, discounts, and product details before order confirmation  o Ensure timely order execution and coordination with dispatch/logistics teams  • Data Analysis & Reporting  o Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and targets  o Track payment cycles, due dates, and outstanding reports  o Share regular updates and insights with management  • Documentation & Record Keeping  o Maintain organized sales records and documentation  o Coordinate with the finance team for required financial data  o Ensure proper filing systems for easy retrieval of information  • Coordination & Communication  o Manage urgent communications in the absence of sales team members  o Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and marketing activities o Coordinate delivery timelines with customers and internal teams Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication in English and Hindi Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude High level of punctuality and accountability Key Skills Required Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Eligibility Criteria Experience: 2–3 years in Sales Coordination or similar role Education: Graduate in Commerce / Management / Communication
